Pyramid Contracting is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 8–10+ years of experience to oversee and manage commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million. What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Maintain and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver projects successfully.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide daily updates and reports on job status.
• Manage project schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to ensure workflow continuity.

What You Bring

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation projects valued at $1M–$5M.
• OSHA 30 certification is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
